Welcome to your upcoming stay! Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with a warm meet and greet. In the house, you will find a thoughtful welcome basket filled with local products for you to enjoy. As you settle in, we will provide a guided tour of the house and equip you with all the necessary information. To ensure you have the best experience possible, we have also prepared a guest manual filled with helpful instructions and recommendations for dining and activities in the area. Rest assured, we are always just a message away. Through discreet communication, we are here to attend to your every need and request. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We would be delighted to collaborate with you in planning personalized routes and activities tailored to your preferences. Need a taste of the local cuisine? We can arrange a delightful tasting or dinner with local chefs, or visit to local producers. And for your convenience, we are happy to help you booking airport transfers.
- Arrival/Departure day: Saturday only (we can accept different dates, when possible).
- Check in: from 4 to 7 pm.
- Check out: not later than 10 am.
- Rental price is net and is meant per week.
- Payment: 30% at the moment of booking, balance 30 days before arrival.
- Refundable security deposit (mandatory): Euro 800.00 cash. to be collected at arrival and to be returned at departure.
- Extra bed: Euro 100.00 per week (up to 12 persons).
- Water, cooking gas and electricity: included.
- Heating in winter time: cost according to consumption.
- Final cleaning to be paid at departure.

- Tourist Tax (mandatory): Euro 1,50 per person per day.
